Welding Rods

Welding Rods is to apply the paint evenly and centripetally on the core outside the metal core. The welding core is the metal core of the electrode. In order to ensure the quality and performance of the weld, there are strict regulations on the content of each metal element in the welding core, especially the content of harmful impurities such as sulfur, phosphorus, etc. The limit is better than that of the base metal. The electrode is composed of two parts: the welding core and the coating. Different types have different solder cores. The composition of the weld core directly affects the composition and properties of the weld metal, so the harmful elements in the weld core should be as few as possible.

KimaCell® cellulose ethers are used as coating materials for electrodes, acting as binders and plasticizers during co-extrusion. It increases the elasticity of the extruded material, thereby reducing cracks that form directly after production.
