Hair conditioner, usually paired with shampoo. After shampooing, apply an appropriate amount of conditioner evenly on the hair, rub it lightly for about a minute, and then rinse it off with water. Therefore, it is also called rinsing conditioner and belongs to hair cosmetics. Hair conditioners are divided into two types: transparent type and emulsion type in terms of appearance.
Shampoo uses anionic and nonionic surfactants as the main raw materials to provide decontamination and foaming effects, while the main raw material of conditioners is cationic surfactants. After shampooing the hair, use a conditioner, which can neutralize the molecules with anions remaining on the surface of the hair to form a monomolecular film, which makes the tangled hair compliant and easy to comb.
In Hair conditioner,KimaCell® cellulose ether with high viscosity are recommended, which provide the product the desired consistency and provide good stability, especially for products with pearlescent effects. Furthermore cellulose ether act as a film former and thus support the active ingredients by improving their adhesion to the hair.
